My dogs regularly day board here and I can quite honestly say they are the best kennels I have ever used. They walk the dogs at least once a day but normally more. Nothing is too much trouble for Trevor/Kevin and the girls - if my pets have needed any medication, they are more than happy to oblige. My dogs absolutely love going there and there is no other kennel in Surrey that I would ever send my dogs to and believe me I am a fussy, anxious dog owner!!

I had to leave my 10 month old puppy for 4 weeks at Burntwood Kennels and they could not have been kinder and more reassuring. Whilst I was away they kept me updated with texts and photos which helped enormously, I picked up a very happy and excited Conor, I can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Burntwood.

We just picked up our min wire haired dachshund and Springer pup from a couple of nights away. Fungus (the min wire) is ‘a bit of a challenge’. But he had a total ball. After 24 hrs he totally settled in and on pick up he was just his normal self.
Highly HIGHLY recommend. It now means we can go away and relax, knowing he will be absolutely fine. I can’t tell you what a massive weight off our shoulders it is. Thank you so much. xx

Very caring, helpful kennels. Our dog has been visiting since he was a pup and always enjoys arriving and meeting the staff again. We generally take up the offer of two walks per day and can see that our dog is very happy there. Highly recommended.

We were delighted with Burntwood Kennels, they really care for the dogs they look after. The staff are excellent too. Visit Burntwood's on-site shop, you'll be amazed at how well stocked they are and the prices are good too. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Our dog came back after a week in the great condition we'd dropped her off in. 10/10, well done Burntwood!!

I have used these kennels on 3 occasions now and my dogs are extremely happy there. They also make sure they are washed and groomed prior to collection. The facilities seem good and the staff have a friendly and caring attitude.

This is the best place to leave your cat and not to have any worries. My little girl has been there many times now. I couldn't recommend it higher. A wonderful place.

I bought a Bichon Frise from these kennels 18 yrs ago, my dog was always welcome and made to feel at home. I never had any troubles at all there, they are the most caring team to take the best care of any type of dog or cat you leave in their care. Do highly recommend them every time.

We feel most comfortable leaving our animals with Trevor and family. They genuinely love critters and we know Chewie is in excellent hands.

Great kennels wouldn't put our spaniel anywhere else, he loves going there, trots off quite happily and smells great when he comes out. Staff so friendly and welcoming.

My dogs have been day boarding here for the last 3 years - they absolutely love it and are well cared for, they are walked on leads at least twice a day so are not in kennels all day - plenty of fuss from the staff which the dogs absolutely love and are so pleased to see them all. They have such a lovely time during the day - when I pick them up they are tired out and sleep all evening. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
