Burntwood Kennels - Boarding for Dogs & Cats

We are a family business, run by resident owners Trevor and Sue Bagley and recently joined by Sue’s brother, Kevin Ballard. Established in 1991, our aim at Burntwood Kennels has always been to make your pet’s stay with us as enjoyable as your own holiday!

We are fully insured and licensed, having been awarded a 5-star rating by Waverley Borough Council (find out more), and are happy to show you around the boarding kennels and cattery (during our opening hours as displayed).
We also have a shop on site, selling a wide range of animal feeds (for dogs, cats, birds, chickens etc) as well as leads, toys, natural chews, bedding, accessories and more. We stock frozen raw feeds, organic options, as well as many premium wet and dry feed brands (find out more).

My dogs regularly day board here and I can quite honestly say they are the best kennels I have ever used. They walk the dogs at least once a day but normally more. Nothing is too much trouble for Trevor/Kevin and the girls - if my pets have needed any medication, they are more than happy to oblige. My dogs absolutely love going there and there is no other kennel in Surrey that I would ever send my dogs to and believe me I am a fussy, anxious dog owner!!

I had to leave my 10 month old puppy for 4 weeks at Burntwood Kennels and they could not have been kinder and more reassuring. Whilst I was away they kept me updated with texts and photos which helped enormously, I picked up a very happy and excited Conor, I can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Burntwood.

Our dog boarded at Burntwood Kennels for six weeks. She was so well looked after that it made our separation from her much easier. We are very grateful to Burntwood for their excellent care.

Very caring, helpful kennels. Our dog has been visiting since he was a pup and always enjoys arriving and meeting the staff again. We generally take up the offer of two walks per day and can see that our dog is very happy there. Highly recommended.

We were delighted with Burntwood Kennels, they really care for the dogs they look after. The staff are excellent too. Visit Burntwood's onsite shop, you'll be amazed at how well stocked they are and the prices are good too. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Our dog came back after a week in the great condition we'd dropped her off in. 10/10, well done Burntwood!!

I have used these kennels on 3 occasions now and my dogs are extremely happy there. They also make sure they are washed and groomed prior to collection. The facilities seem good and the staff have a friendly and caring attitude.

This is the best place to leave your cat and not to have any worries. My little girl has been there many times now. I couldn't recommend it higher. A wonderful place.

I bought a Bichon Frise from these kennels 18 yrs ago, my dog was always welcome and made to feel at home. I never had any troubles at all there, they are the most caring team to take the best care of any type of dog or cat you leave in their care. Do highly recommend them every time.

We feel most comfortable leaving our animals with Trevor and family. They genuinely love critters and we know Chewie is in excellent hands.
