  • All the above prices are inclusive of VAT, insurance, food, heating and giving medication when necessary, plus daily exercise.
  • Extra walk charged at £4.50.
  • We charge for the day of arrival, but there is no charge for the day of collection before 12pm noon.
  • 10% discount for stays 21 days or over.
  • Multiple rates are based on animals sharing only from the same household.
  • No discount given for owner-supplied food.

Vaccinations & Flea Treatments

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ANIMAL FOR BOARDING WITHOUT VACCINATIONS - ALL PETS MUST HAVE REGULAR YEARLY BOOSTERS, FOLLOWING THE ORIGINAL VACCINATION COURSE.

INTRAC (nasal drops): this is a live vaccine for protection against dog flu. It needs to be given AT LEAST 4 weeks prior to boarding, as it can possibly pass flu symptoms (a transient cough) on to other dogs. We don't insist on our boarders having it as there are so many different types of vaccine these days, but we thoroughly recommend it, as it helps to protect your dog if there is ever an outbreak in the area.

Conditions of Boarding

  • Charges as displayed above and at reception commence from the day of arrival, regardless of time. No charge is made for the departure day if pets are collected before 12:00 midday. A charge may be made if a pet is collected early. Payment to be made in full on collection by cash, card or cheque. No pets will be accepted or returned out of business hours, except by appointment, at the proprietor's discretion.

  • All new customers will be asked to fill in a registration form, which will then apply to subsequent visits, and asked for a £25 deposit to secure the first booking, refundable only on your invoice.

  • All pets must be healthy and have current vaccinations. Any medical problems must be disclosed and any medicines needed during your pet's stay supplied. During your pet's stay we will need to hold vaccination cards and have access to your vet's details and contact number. In the event of any pet falling ill, the proprietors reserve the right to call a veterinary surgeon, and his fees (depending on cover) will be charged to the owner or insurance company.

  • We are unable to reserve a particular dog/cat pen - your pen is allocated depending on single or multiple occupancy during the particular holiday period. However, we will always choose the best pen that is available at the time for your pet.

  • We ask that all dogs arrive microchipped/tagged with a collar and lead, and that cats are brought into reception in a secure cat carrier. Cat collars with large magnets or bells are removed for safety.

  • We regret that we cannot accept entire male cats for boarding.

  • We will care for your pets to the best of our ability, but they are accepted entirely at the owner's risk.

  • Any pets left uncollected without contact will be put up for re-homing and any upaid account handed over to the small claims court or a debt collecting agency.

  • Covid rules: please keep your distance and wear a face mask when bringing pets in to stay with us. We cannot accept any items from home - just bring your dog on a lead and cats in their carrier (which can stay with us, as we can sanitise it).
Our kennels & cattery are open every day Monday to Saturday 9am to 4:30pm
& Sunday 9am to 12pm. We are closed all Public/Bank Holidays and Sunday afternoons.

Kennel & cattery visits are welcome during opening hours, preferably between 10am & 4pm.
